1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the hn888 platform, including the website at hn888.ws, all associated games, sports betting markets, live casino services, payment facilities, promotional offers, and customer support channels (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "You") and hn888 ("hn888", "We", "Us", or "Our").

2. Definitions
The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms and Conditions. Where context requires, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

3. Eligibility Requirements
Access to and use of the hn888 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. hn888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility.
- You must be at least 21 years of age. hn888 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at registration or at any subsequent point.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated agent) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of hn888, nor an immediate family member of such a person, when using the Platform for betting or gaming purposes.
- You must not be self-excluded from hn888 or subject to any other exclusion or suspension order at the time of access or play.
hn888 applies a strict 21+ policy. Any account found to have been registered by or used by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds (including any winnings) may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Account Registration
To access the full range of hn888 services — including placing bets, playing games, and making financial transactions — you must register a Player Account. Registration is free. Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated funds may be forfeited.
Registration Requirements
- You must provide a valid mobile phone number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, two-factor authentication, and withdrawal processing.
- You must create a strong, unique password for your account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- hn888 may at any time require you to provide additional identity verification documents (KYC) including a government-issued photo ID. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
- You must notify hn888 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. hn888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account before such notification.
Account Security Obligations
You are responsible for ensuring that no other person uses your account. Sharing login credentials with another person, whether for compensation or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. hn888 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any message requesting your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to hn888 support immediately.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
hn888 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels may be introduced at hn888's discretion. The following conditions apply to all deposits.
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit at the Platform level , although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits.
- All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended.
- Deposits are credited to your hn888 account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not credited within 15 minutes, you should contact hn888 support with the transaction reference number.
- hn888 does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply its own service charges; hn888 is not responsible for such charges.
Withdrawals
Players may request a withdrawal of available real-money funds from their hn888 account at any time, subject to the following conditions. Withdrawals are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent deposit, ensuring a consistent and secure payout flow.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3 to 10 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
- hn888 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the Player.
- Funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until the wagering requirement has been fully met. Attempting to withdraw funds before meeting wagering requirements may result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
hn888 does not accept deposits from or make payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances. All deposits and withdrawals must use the same verified payment method registered to your hn888 account.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
hn888 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotional terms state otherwise.
- Each bonus offer has its own specific wagering requirement, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry period. These terms are stated at the point of the offer and must be read carefully before accepting.
- Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be transferred between Player accounts under any circumstances.
- hn888 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if hn888 reasonably believes the bonus is being abused, exploited, or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses using different accounts or payment methods will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
- Free spins awarded as part of a bonus offer are subject to the maximum win cap and wagering requirements stated in the specific promotional terms. Winnings from free spins that exceed the maximum win cap will be removed from the Player's account balance.
hn888 uses automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, hedging, use of bots or automated software, and collusion between Players. Detection of such activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
7. Responsible Gaming
hn888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. All Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively. The following responsible gaming measures are available on request via hn888 customer support.
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased until a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period has elapsed.
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. When the limit is reached, the Player will be notified and automatically logged out of the Platform.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request self-exclusion for a defined period (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent). During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and no deposits, bets, or bonus claims will be processed.
- Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders showing the duration of their current session and net win or loss position, to support informed decision-making during play.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hn888 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
- Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or using the Platform to transact funds derived from illegal activity.
- Registering multiple accounts or facilitating access for a third party who is ineligible to hold an hn888 account (including minors and self-excluded individuals).
- Colluding with other Players to manipulate betting markets, share account access, or coordinate bonus exploitation strategies.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void and the account may be suspended.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
hn888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion. The following circumstances may lead to account action.
- Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, or failure to complete KYC verification.
- Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months. hn888 will provide advance notice before applying any inactivity fee or closing an inactive account. Any remaining balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the account for any purpose that violates applicable law. hn888 may freeze account funds pending investigation and is not required to disclose the specific grounds for such action until the investigation is concluded.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the hn888 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, game content, and audio-visual materials — is the proprietary property of hn888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to the Platform's intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without hn888's prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hn888 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or system failures.
hn888's total cumulative liability to any Player for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Platform, regardless of the form of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
hn888 makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. hn888 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
hn888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may review the Privacy Policy at any time by visiting the Privacy Policy page on this website. hn888 uses SSL encryption to protect data transmitted between your device and the Platform and does not sell Player personal data to third parties.
13. Amendments to These Terms
hn888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. When material changes are made, hn888 will endeavour to notify active Players via the contact details registered on their account or via an on-Platform notification. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates.
The most current version of these Terms is always the version published at hn888.ws/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law and the internal policies of hn888. In the event of any dispute between a Player and hn888, the Player should first contact hn888 customer support to seek an informal resolution. hn888 will endeavour to resolve all Player complaints within 10 business days of receipt. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached through the informal process, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism set out in hn888's internal complaints policy.
